Very small pool. Business-like feel to the hotel.

We searched for pure indulgence in a luxurious venue and we found it here. the exclusive amenities provided here were amazing, with a Spa centre, Swimming pool with Sun loungers, Entertainment, Bar/Lounge area, Buffet breakfast. the Full body massage, Foot massage, Head massage were magical and felt amazing. the room was spacious, comfortable, and had amazing exclusive facilities.

There was only one minor issue, the location was a bit far from the train station. this did not curtail the overall experience as there were taxis always available to get us where we needed to go.

Spotless brand-new hotel with incredible staff and comfort. Respectful staff from bell boy to receptionist.

The breakfast had a wide variety catering for all dietary requirements. Good location near transportation options. Staff went above and beyond for our anniversary surprise, providing cake and decoration in the room. Facilities such as gym and on-site tour organizer were convenient. Spacious room with comfortable bed and large safe.

In relation to the great price paid, it was impressive place to stay with excellent service. The staff were obliging and kind, everything was great.

Such great overall experience. The staff was polite, the hotel was fairly clean and placed in an old part of the city right by a center and central shopping area.

We loved the fine views from the corner room and the delicious breakfast buffet at the hotel. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom layout was convenient. We were impressed with the hotel facilities, such as the swimming pool and gym. The staff were all kind and helpful. the hotel is conveniently located with easy access to transportation and within the city centre.

it was located in a lovely area next to hill as well as airport link. i thoroughly enjoyed the in-house restaurant with hot cuisine.

The hotel is conveniently located near the express way to the airport and the metro, making transportation easy. While it's not right in the main area, it's on a main street with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The rooms are spacious, clean, and come with nice amenities such as fluffy bathrobes and slippers. There's a large dining area with many breakfast options available.

Some of the staff were reported as being rude or unhelpful, which can be frustrating for guests who need assistance.
